When I decided to run an online business I had no real idea what it would take to become profitable.

I just knew one thing for sure… I was going to figure it out, just like I’ve done everything else in my life.

I’d take one step at a time with the determination & ambition that always showed up inside of me when I wanted something bad enough.  I decided I’d not fool around but make progress quickly.

Dear Moxie Entrepreneur,

I bet YOU need a little push to reach your goals with your BIG ideas.  You need some advice from those that have gone before you. Wonder how I know that? Well, let me tell you a few things about me. In the last couple of years I have had more ideas than I could shake a stick at.

I now know three things for sure…

The great thing about being an entrepreneur in the 21st Century is that there are a plethora of mentors with advice and wisdom right at your finger tips.  The tricky thing about being an Entrepreneur in the 21st Century is that there are MANY to choose from and with A LOT of information.

It can be overwhelming.

One thing that we ALL agree on is that being an ENTREPRENEUR takes a MENTOR, a STRATEGY and $PROFITS$ for growth and sustainability.

When I first decided to quit my career in real estate I had an idea for a Magazine to bring awareness about kids, women, education and the need for entrepreneurial & financial savvy.  That was two years ago. My idea has evolved and taken shape with the help of many entrepreneurs I’ve met along the way.

Now, I have a highly leveraged business with multiple streams of income.  But the best part is I can work at home as a single Mom and always be there for my kids.

It all started when I invested in myself and discovered the importance of mentoring & doing what I love!

Looking back at my days as an employee I can’t believe I worked so hard and so long for others and yet was just “getting by.” Not to mention I hadn’t yet built a nest egg for my future or my kids.’ I knew I had to do something fast before my kids were near College age and I was unable to help them financially.

In my search for answers my awareness became widened, opportunities began to fall in my lap and the possibilities seemed endless.

As my business begins to take shape and I seek more mentors for myself, I encourage you to do the same and to really stop and think about creating a secure financial future for yourself and your family.

You see, there really is a strategy and a way to get anything you want. You just need to learn from others and take note of their advice.
